How to place an order on our website

The Red text is all you need to read to know how to order from us.

1. Click on the product(s) that you would like to purchase, then click add to cart. Then review your product selection to ensure that you selected the correct products.

2. Click the checkout button if you are done shopping.

Then you can login through the "returning customer box" if you are a customer who has purchased from us in the past.

If you are a new customer you can create a FREE ACCOUNT by clicking on the "create account button", which entitles you to receive coupons, discounts, special offers, shop faster, stay up to day on order status, and keep track of orders you have previously made. This only takes a minute or two to accomplish.

Or If you are in a hurry you can click the third button available, the "checkout" button which directs you to the safe & secure page to enter your shipping and credit card information.

3. Now you simply enter your shipping information and your contact information. NONE OF THIS INFORMATION IS SOLD OR SHARED WITH ANYONE.

4. Then you will be able to change the shipping location and add any specific shipping details. If your order is under $85.00, a flat rate of $7.50 will be added to your purchase for shipping and handling costs. If your order is over $85.00, Official Quality Products LLC will pay for your shipping and not charge you for it. If you are ordering from New Jersey 7% sales tax will be added onto your purchase. If you are ordering outside of New Jersey there will be no sales tax added.

5. Now enter any "discount" or "credit" codes you have. Then enter your credit card information through our secure page. Our SSL certificate lets you know that you are on a safe and secure website. Next to the http there is an "s", https: which also lets you know this site is secure. After you have entered your optional discount code and your credit card information you must click the small circular box to let us know you are using a credit card, then click continue on the bottom.

6. After this it will bring you to a confirmation page, review your information, then click continue and your order is finished.

7. Once UPS has processed the order, we will forward you a tracking number from UPS so you are able to track the package from the time UPS receives it until it reaches your door!

If you are interested in a product that is not listed on our site, E-mail us the product name and model number and we'll give you the lowest price possible.
