Our return policy helps us operate in a fashion that allows us to offer the lowest pricing with the best customer service possible.

What we consider a return: At OQP we consider any item that is returned to us to be considered a return. This includes packages that were shipped to you and unclaimed and returned to us due to any reason. OQP is not responsible for any shipper error.

RMA # If you decide to return a product for a refund, you MUST e-mail us for an RMA request within 15 days of receiving your product. Your RMA # will expire within 15 days after being issued. You are responsible for returning the item to the address we tell you & you must provide us with a tracking #. The RMA # must be written on your shipping label on the outside of the shipping box. After we confirm the accepted package, we will issue you a refund minus any restocking fees that are applicable. Please allow us 14-18 days to credit you. If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited. If you paid by money order, you will receive a check or a money order back. 

Non-returnable Items: These items listed below are non-returnable, meaning you can not return them. This is due to the nature of these products.We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. All sales on products below are final. Service fees, activation fees & shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Used or non-defective products

Products must be in new or like new condition to be considered for a return. Your return MUST contain all of the original contents which include but is not limited to reatil packing, manuals warranties, accessories, security seals, & shrink wrap.

Restocking Fees(condition on returned items are determined by OQP)

Canceling an order: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Official Quality Products will replace, refund, or give you store credit for returned product(s) at Official Quality Products discretion.

Defective Items: All of our items are backed by a 6 month warranty. We will repair or replace the defective item if it stops working within 6 months of the purchase date. But, if the item shows signs of customer damage or misuse it will not be accepted for return as a defective item. In most cases if you call us we will be able to help you troubleshoot the product to avoid an unnecessary return. 

Any return must be authorized by a representative of Official Quality Products and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Official Quality Products. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the return gets to Official Quality products.

Warranty: We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 6 months (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer, it usually is most surveillance camera; please call). We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being return under warranty MUST be returned with original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals/pamphlets, etc. Failure to do so will result in warranty being voided and not fulfilled. Products being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, wear and tear and/or customer misuse, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Almost all of the surveillance systems and surveillance cameras come with a manufactures 1 year warranty or greater.

Return Policy for Pepper Spray & Stun Guns - We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on our self defense items. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 90 days of receipt. All we ask is that you follow our simple rules. We do not pay for return shipping. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Please allow 8-14 days for processing returns.(If you are unsure if your product is backed by the 90 day return policy, please email us)

Exchanges for Pepper Spray & Stun Guns - We will happily exchange any of our products that you purchase for almost any reason. The product MUST be unopened and unused. However, if you are exchanging a product due to wrong product ordered, wrong color, wrong size, wrong type, etc., or because you are not satisfied with the product, you will be charged our standard shipping cost of $7.50 for UPS Ground to have the exchanged product shipped back to you (if you wish to have upgraded shipping, we can do so, however, you will be charged for that upgraded shipping cost. Please email us for a quick quote on overnight or next day shipping). If a product is being exchanged due to a manufacturers defect, we will exchange that product for you and you will NOT be charged for shipping it back to you.

Costs of shipping for returns-We will give you free shipping on orders that are $85.00 or more. If we gave you free shipping, it does not actually mean that the shipping cost was free. This just means that we paid for the shipping cost. The cost of shipping your order to you, whether you paid for shipping or not, will be deducted from any refund given. For example, if your order was $70.00 plus $7.50 shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item which is $70.00. However, if your order was $150.00, which qualifies for free shipping, and you return qualifies for a refund, your refund amount will be $142.50. ($150.00 minus $7.50 shipping ).

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to OQP. If you want to return it, you must pay the shipping cost. If, however, we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us via Ground or Standard only. No Overnight or Express methods will be reimbursed. We will reship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge. This makes it fair for everyone.
