Shipping

All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipping in America is a flat rate of $7.50 for all our orders under $85.00. It will be automatically added to orders under $85.00. UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $85.00 or more (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and international orders).

We can ship surveillance systems & surveillance products anywhere in the world that allows imports of surveillance products. Just place the order and you will be contacted for additional payment for international shipping. We will not charge you extra, we will only charge you what UPS charges us for international shipping. If you would like next day shipping or an upgraded shipping method please include that in your additional notes when checking out. We will quickly email you with the shipping costs custom tailored to exactly how fast you want it to arrive. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.

If you place your order by mail or phone and do not want to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not sell, give away, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted and was designed with the security of the customer in mind.

Orders received by 3:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, should ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

Restrictions on shipping Pepper Sprays & Stun Guns

Pepper Spray cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND. Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories) or to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.  Please provide a physical address for shipping. Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia. Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, or Wisconsin. Tax Information

There is no tax collected on any products unless you are ordering from New Jersey. We do not charge tax, we collect it for the state. New Jersey has a 7% state sales tax. This is split as 3.5% for the State, and 3.5% for the municipality. 0% of the tax goes to us.

You can e-mail your order or call it in. We can process your payment over the phone, wire transfers or through money orders. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order immediately. For money orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable) $7.50 for orders under $85.00 & no shipping costs for orders over $85.00.
